1. Acceptance of terms

By using QRLifetime ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of service

QRLifetime provides free, client-side tools for generating QR codes and barcodes. All generation happens in your browser — no content is transmitted to or stored on our servers. The Service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind.

3. Acceptable use

You may use QRLifetime to generate QR codes and barcodes for any lawful purpose. You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Create QR codes that link to malware, phishing sites, or other malicious content
• Generate codes designed to defraud or deceive others
• Create codes that violate the intellectual property rights of third parties
• Circumvent any laws or regulations applicable in your jurisdiction
• Abuse the Service in ways that impair its operation for others

4. Intellectual property

Your content: You retain all rights to the content you encode in QR codes (URLs, text, contact information, etc.). We make no claim over that content.

Generated QR codes: QR code images you generate and download are yours to use freely — commercially and personally — without attribution required.

QRLifetime service: The QRLifetime website, design, code, and brand are owned by Dinno SAS. You may not copy or reproduce the Service itself.

5. No warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that:

• Generated QR codes will be scannable by all devices in all conditions
• The Service will be available without interruption
• The Service will be error-free

Always test generated QR codes with multiple devices before printing or distributing at scale.

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DINNO SAS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed €100 (one hundred euros).

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your country of residence.

8. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
